Sponsored Server Auctions

1. Bid Commitment

All bids are final. If you're an original winner (top 5 bids when auction closes), you're expected to complete payment within 24 hours. Failure to pay as an original winner may result in your account and server being banned from future auctions. Note: If you receive a cascaded offer (because an original winner didn't pay), you won't be penalized for declining as it's a last-minute opportunity.

2. Payment Deadlines

Original winners have 24 hours to pay after auction close. Cascaded bidders (who receive offers due to non-payment) get up to 6 hours, but won't face account restrictions if they don't pay since these are last-minute opportunities. Only original winners who fail to pay may have their account restricted.

3. No Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable once processed. Sponsored slots will run for the full week as specified in the auction timeline.

4. Payment Cascade System

If an original winner fails to pay by the deadline, their slot cascades to the next highest bidder. Important: All paid slots automatically shift up to fill the gap—for example, if slot 1 doesn't pay but slots 2-5 did, those slots move to positions 1-4, and the cascaded bidder gets slot 5. This rewards on-time payers with free upgrades! The original winner forfeits their right with no appeal and may face account restrictions.

5. Service Availability

While we strive for 100% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. HytaleTop100.com is not liable for:

• Website downtime or technical issues
• Auction system malfunctions or errors
• Payment processing delays or failures
• Loss of visibility due to technical problems
• Any indirect or consequential damages

6. Auction Cancellation Rights

We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or terminate any auction at any time for technical issues, fraud prevention, or any other reason. In the event of cancellation, all payments will be refunded.

7. Bid Modification

Bids are binding and cannot be cancelled. While the auction is open, you may only increase your bid amount - you cannot decrease or withdraw it. Once an auction closes, all bids become final.

8. Autobid Feature

You may optionally enable autobid, which keeps you as high as possible on the leaderboard, up to your limit. The system only bids the minimum needed to beat the person above you—increasing by $1 increments as others outbid you. You only pay what's necessary to hold your position, not your full limit. Priority rule: If two bidders have the same autobid limit, the bidder who enabled autobid first has priority. You can enable, disable, or adjust your autobid limit anytime while the auction is open.

9. Server Requirements

You must own the server you're bidding for. Servers must comply with all HytaleTop100.com listing guidelines. We reserve the right to remove servers that violate our policies, with no refund.

10. Support & Issues

If you experience any issues or have concerns, please contact us at hytaletop100@gmail.com within 48 hours. We'll do our best to resolve any problems fairly. All final decisions rest with HytaleTop100.com.

11. Terms Modification

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the auction system constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

HytaleTop100.com's total liability for any claims related to the auction system shall not exceed the amount paid by you for your sponsored slot.

13. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By paying, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your credit card information.
